We encourage students to take advantage of our free 30‑minute consultation/trial lesson before enrolling, as refunds are not available once study material has been accessed. If you experience technical issues or are unable to access your course, please contact us for support or resolution. We do not offer refunds for partial course completion or change of mind, but we’re happy to assist with course transfers or deferrals where possible.

Learners may pursue external exams independently, with DhubX offering guided preparation and support.
