Once payment is made and course access is granted, refunds are generally not available. However, in exceptional cases—such as duplicate payments, technical access failures, or documented emergencies—we may consider a refund or deferment at our discretion. Cancellation & Deferment Policy Once enrolled and granted access to course materials, cancellation does not result in a refund. If you need to pause your learning, we offer a deferment option: Unused time may be deferred to a future cohort Subject to availability and approval A deferment fee of $3/hour of remaining access applies This fee helps cover administrative costs and ensures fair access to future cohorts. Independent learning, recognized pathways. DhubX courses are aligned with global certification standards (e.g., Cisco, AWS, FreeCodeCamp), but we do not issue official certificates from these organizations. Learners may pursue external exams independently, with DhubX offering guided preparation and support.
